Job Description
We are seeking an experienced passionate and service-driven F&B Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury fine dining restaurant signature bar and exclusive private members lounge. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest experience team leadership and operational efficiency within our award-winning five-star hotel.
As F&B Duty Manager youll be the senior presence on the floor during service leading a talented team across multiple outlets. Your mission: ensure seamless service operational excellence and a world-class experience for every guest from Michelin-level dining to sophisticated cocktails and discreet personalised service in the members lounge.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-expectation environment and is ready to take the next step in luxury hospitality management.
What Youll Be Doing:
Leading day-to-day operations across restaurant bar and members lounge
Inspiring and coaching a high-performing F&B team
Delivering exceptional guest service with a personal touch
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Supporting financial goals through effective cost control and revenue focus
Ensuring compliance with health safety and licensing standards
