Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Program Managerto support our government client in Orlando FL.
US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.
This is an onsite position requiring TS/SCI clearance.

The project
TECKpert is seeking a SeniorProgram Manager to support our client a government agency in Orlando FL. The Program Manager will serve as the focal point for planning organizing and ensuring the performance of all contract requirements. This role is responsible for managing program operations maintaining client relationships overseeing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Organize direct and manage contract operations involving multiple complex projects and interrelated tasks.
- Act as the single point of contact with the client managing senior-level communications and ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- Manage diverse teams including contracts subcontracts financial analysts and project management personnel across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage corporate/client interface.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government stakeholders.
- Oversee budget execution and reporting; prepare financial forecasts and ROM estimates.
- Support business development activities to identify pursue and secure contract growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings to corporate and government leadership.
Compensation and Term
This opportunity is for a full-time contract position with possibleextensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $170000per year. Medical dental vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.
Qualifications you need
A successful candidatepossesses or provides the following:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related technical field.
- 10 years of program management experience.
- Active PMP certification required.
- Strong knowledge of defense contracting policies and procedures.
- Experience with USG contracts budgeting and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
- Ability to recruit lead and retain personnel in support of mission objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligible for TS/SCI clearance (sponsorship available).
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
