We are Mediaboard a purely Czech technology company a lovebrand and the largest all-in-one PR solution in the Czech Republic. We help companies and institutions see the truth in data and push the world of PR forward. We are number one in the Czech Republic and now we are expanding into Poland with a goal to reach the top 5 in Europe.
Your role if you accept the challenge:
What to expect from us Our Key Account Manager does everything possible to ensure our clients in Poland are satisfied. Whether its training negotiations pricing and system setup contracts or solving client issues you will be the go-to person. Youll also keep an eye on competitors and help come up with ideas to keep our company at the forefront. Youre like a business warrior fighting for both the client and the company.
We have a dedicated sales team for acquisitions your focus will be on nurturing existing clients and expanding our services where it makes sense!
Do you have several years of experience with B2B SaaS Excellent.
Are you comfortable in a fast-growing tech company environment Even better.
Experience in PR or media Perfect!
In short you will:
Train assist and advise clients on how to use our system most effectively.
Meet actively with clients and find ways to maximize the benefits of our product.
Monitor competitors activities and propose solutions that confirm we remain the number one choice.
Renew contracts with our clients and contribute to long-term loyalty.
What will help you succeed
Fresh ideas and eagerness to solve new challenges.
Strong sales and communication skills no question will throw you off and you enjoy talking to clients in person by email or phone.
A passion for learning new things as well as teaching others.
Excellent Polish language fluent English and other languagues is a big plus.
