We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivatedClinical Pharmacistto join our clients team in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare setting supporting safe and effective medicines management across a range of clinical areas.
The successful candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering clinical pharmacy services including medicines reconciliation prescription review and patient counselling. You will support prescribing decisions ensure compliance with local and national guidelines and contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines across the service. You may also be involved in audits training and service development initiatives.
