Job Description

- Help customers in-store by phone and by email with shipping printing and design requests
- Use tools like Canva (and our in-store equipment) to bring customer projects to life
- Operate printers copiers and other production tools
- Assist with shipping services (UPS FedEx DHL USPS)
- Keep the store organized and running smoothly
- Be a friendly familiar face for our loyal local business customers
- Confident clear communication skills (youre a natural people person)
- Experience with Canva or other basic design tools
- Some printing or production experience (bonus points for large-format printing)
- Notary Public license (handy but not required)
- Shipping/mailing experience (helpful but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- $16.50/hour starting wage
