SEND And Inclusion Engaging with Children Young People and Families
Join our Supported Employment Team as a Business Support Assistant supporting our SEND Employment Forum and Ways into Work Roadshow events.
Our team supports young people and adults with SEND to explore find and maintain varying levels of paid employment including supported internships.
As a Business Support Assistant you will support the manager job coaches and wider team with carrying out a range of specific duties related to improving employment opportunities for SEND young people and adults.
We will look to you to provide accurate note taking have skills to deliver administrative support and a flexible approach to the varied work carried out by our team.
We are looking for someone who is organised and has the ability to communicate well with people across the council employers our customers and their families. Ideally you will have working knowledge of SEND and be able to use Microsoft Word Excel and confident with email communication and data collection.
