Location: Remote (Working USA/EST Hours)
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatcher to manage inbound service calls and coordinate drivers for a busy towing and roadside assistance operation. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling requests gathering details and dispatching drivers efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
Inbound Call Management: Answer and respond promptly to incoming service calls in both English and Spanish.
Dispatch Coordination: Assign jobs to drivers provide accurate directions and communicate updates in real time.
Geographic Familiarity: Navigate and understand Philadelphia street names and local routes to optimize dispatch decisions.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed call logs driver assignments and service updates in the dispatch system.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by keeping customers informed managing expectations and ensuring timely assistance.
Multitasking: Handle multiple active calls driver updates and service requests simultaneously.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to resolve issues quickly and improve dispatch efficiency.
Experience: 3 years in dispatch call center logistics or a customer service role.
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Communication: Clear confident and friendly phone manner with the ability to understand various accents.
Organization: Strong multitasking time management and attention to detail.
Technical: Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and power backup.
Salary: Approximately $1200/month
