Your role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Content Designer to join our team. As the Lead Content Designer you will be responsible for leading our content design practice ensuring that our work is of the highest quality and that it drives our clients success. You will work closely with the discipline leads for User Research Service Design and UX Design among others.
You will play a crucial role in creating an environment that encourages knowledge sharing best practice and continuous improvement where all team members have a valued voice. As the point of escalation for resolving content design queries you will maintain a supportive and collaborative work addition alongside the Career Manager you will help develop the capability and talent of content designers by identifying and supporting individual development needs.
As the Lead Content Designer you will also identify and develop opportunities to promote our content design approach and Methods brand driving the growth and success of our consultancy.

In addition to these responsibilities you will be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
The role will be hybrid which may require you to travel to client sites in the UK and stay away from home when needed.
Skills we are looking for:
This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website . If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria then your employment may be delayed or rejected . Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
