Job Description
We are seeking a talented Remote Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Data Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining data pipelines and systems to support our data-driven decision-making processes. This is a remote position allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful projects.
Major Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to collect process and store data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
Optimize data infrastructure for performance reliability and cost efficiency
Develop ETL processes to transform and load data into data warehouses
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
Proficiency in SQL Python and data warehousing technologies
Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and data architecture
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
