Job Description

Role: Outbound Account Executive
Location: Cork Ireland
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary plus performance bonuses

Role overview:
Were looking for motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join a fast-growing FinTech initiative with one of the worlds leading payment platforms. This is a chance to combine your passion for technology and sales in a high-energy results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to warm leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Identify client needs and present tailored value propositions
  • Manage and track your pipeline through the full sales cycle
  • Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients
  • Hit sales KPIs and activation targets consistently
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve client cases and ensure customer success

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B sales telesales or tech sales
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Full eligibility to live and work in Ireland
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Strong communication organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
  • Confidence in running online presentations and building client relationships
