Job Description
Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Infor ERP solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within the Infor ERP system to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Develop and configure custom reports and dashboards using Infor ERP tools to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support end-users in effectively utilizing Infor ERP functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Infor ERP advancements and recommend system improvements to optimize business processes and achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Infor ERP systems in a techno-functional role.
- Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment.
