Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business units vendors and software development teams. The role involves gathering analyzing and documenting business needs translating them into actionable requirements operational processes and test plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process improvement requirements facilitation project lifecycle support communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers stakeholders and technical teams to elicit and refine requirements.
- Utilize workshops interviews use cases and process mapping to define business needs.
- Analyze current processes and recommend measurable improvements.
- Develop functional requirements test cases and implementation plans.
- Serve as subject matter expert on business analysis best practices.
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Provide insight and recommendations using business/financial analysis.
- Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and standards.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years progressive experience in business and technical analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting MIS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 2 years project management experience.
- CBAP or CCBA certification.
- Experience with complex enterprise-level projects.
