Our Aftermarket Support / Warranty Representative is responsible for processing warranty claims from customers completing necessary forms and gaining approval from management for warranty credits.Roles and responsibilities include:
- Document validate and resolve warrant claims and communicate with customers
- Process warranty enrollments educate customers about usage and answer questions regarding the warranty process.
- Create reports on customer interactions warranty claims and related statistics.
- Identify trends in warranty data and initiate causal analysis when needed.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction when executing the warranty process
- Coordinate across the organization to ensure proper adherence to warranty processes
- Assist in other aftermarket support functions as needed such as purchasing sales support warehouse support
