Job Title: Administrative Assistant Athletic Department
Reports To: Building Principal / Athletic Director
The BNL Athletic Administrative Assistant assists the Athletic Director in the daily operations of the athletic department planning athletic events coordinating schedules and implementing office aspects of the interscholastic high school athletic addition the Athletic Administrative Assistant requires a proficiency in general office tasks and duties as they assists the main office at BNL as the receptionist.
Reception & Communication
Administrative Support
Disseminate collect and maintain all required student-athlete paperwok i.e. physicals insurance transportation permission forms etc.
Event & Department Support
Qualifications & Required Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license.
Good attendance record.
Proven experience in a professional office setting.
Strong computer and office equipment operation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
