We currently have an opening for anIT Operations Automation Developer Architect
The position is designated Statutory Exempt and is exempt from the State Human Resources Act.
The IT Operations Automation Developer Architect will be responsible for leading efforts to market and deliver automation solutions for DIT Operations. The automation efforts will leverage ServiceNow as much as possible but will also utilize external scripts and apps that interact with ServiceNow. This position will also spur and coordinate/implement integrations between the ServiceNow CMDB Asset Database ITSM ITOM external billing systems and ordering systems addition the role will drive ideas and projects to leverage various data sources to provide needed dashboards and visualizations valuable to both internal and external customers. Duties include but are not limited to:
Creating the vision defining the roadmap (generally and specifically) and marketing automation ideas for custom workflows and system/data integrations across DIT.
Take ownership of the entire custom automation app development lifecycle providing strategic leadership by rallying support synthesizing requirements and then designing developing testing and implementing robust integrated solutions.
Lead and promote effective governance of the data models data integrity coding processes applications and overall tools supporting the digitization and automation efforts.
Market the value and overall benefit of digitization and automation apps by showcasing existing apps and discovering/defining future possibilities thereby fostering a culture of innovation in this area.
