Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Solumina Business Architect to support the deployment of the iBase-t Solumina MES platform into a new business segment. This role will serve as a key leader for Solumina configuration and deployment strategy and as the primary bridge between IT and Manufacturing Operations ensuring business needs are translated into clear solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with iBase-t Solumina configuration and a solid understanding of the manufacturing execution landscape.

Essential Functions:

• Provide overall Solumina configuration expertise to guide business and technical teams in configuring the Solumina software to support business requirements.
• Work with ERP and PLM experts and Integration teams to ensure Solumina configuration supports optimal system integration requirements across platforms.
• Oversee Solumina configuration design development and testing activities to optimize business outcomes.
• Understand underlying data structures table relationships and business rules affecting configuration and system behavior.
• Lead and guide reporting and analytics activities to support business decision making.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Operations to support Solumina configuration.
• Oversee requirements gathering and ensure requirements are translated into workable Solumina configurations.
• Translate operational workflows into system and process designs.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define use cases identify process gaps and drive alignment on solutions.
• Collaborate with developers testers and product owners to ensure appropriate implementation of requirements.
• Assist in creating user stories acceptance criteria and managing requirements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations production control and quality processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• 9 years of experience in a Business Analyst and/or Architect role driving software configuration.
• 2 years hands-on experience with iBase-t Solumina MES.
• 5 years working with SQL databases queries and reports to support business analytics.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $99500-$184500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $114000-$212000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
