Sales Administrator
Renewal by Andersen - Nashville TN

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903 Andersen Windows has been the worlds largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedSales Administratorto join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks preparing documents and presentations managing data and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Create and maintain sales reports dashboards and performance metrics
- Draft format and edit proposals contracts and other documents
- Develop professional presentations and sales materials
- Assist with CRM data entry updates and management
- Coordinate schedules meetings and travel for sales team members as needed
- Help track sales leads and follow up on outstanding opportunities
- Work closely with other departments (Operations Marketing Finance) to ensure smooth sales processes
- Prepare and distribute internal communications reports and updates
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support administrative or coordinator role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20-25/hr. (based on experience)

Schedule
- Onsite at our office in La Vergne TN
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
