Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

Job Description
As a Leadership Development Trainee at Style Netbox you will participate in a comprehensive program designed to prepare future leaders of our organization. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow professionally gain exposure to different aspects of marketing and business operations and develop strong leadership and management skills. Youll receive training mentorship and hands-on experience that will equip you to take on leadership positions within the company.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership and professional development training.
Assist with day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to understand strategic goals and workflows.
Contribute to project planning client management and performance analysis.
Take ownership of assigned projects and present findings or recommendations.
Demonstrate adaptability by rotating through different roles and tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership potential through academics internships or extracurricular activities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Critical thinking problem-solving and time-management abilities.
