Job Description
The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. We have been family owned since 1963 with 10 dealerships across Central Illinois. We are a premier family-owned automotive group. We employ almost 600 talented individuals and just celebrated 60 years in business!
Champaign Sales BDC
This is an hourly position PLUS commission!
Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving incoming calls
Respond to and follow up on all customer internet inquiries via email
Make follow-up calls to customers
Assist sales managers with general business development tasks
Set up appointments for customers with sales reps
Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments
Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership
Qualifications
Must be friendly and have a positive professional attitude
Must like talking on the phone and answering customers questions about our extensive line of products
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Great organizational skills
The ability to multitask follow direction be open to change work effectively under pressure and to positively defuse negative situations with customers
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional well-groomed appearance
Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time
