Were seeking an Onsite Desktop Engineer to support our Lincoln office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Help Desk professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for solving problems. You get to be a jack of all trades and will be given the opportunity to grow into different areas if desired. Youll be part of a dynamic IT team a community guided by simplicity security continuity transparency and flexibility which strives to deliver business value through collaboration ideation innovation and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
Provide hands-on desktop support including A/V equipment printers mobile devices and remote access.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain and enhance office technologies for reliability security and scalability.
Drive service improvements and contribute to IT Help Desk excellence.
Qualifications
What You Bring and Is Required
Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or 5 years of technical experience supporting a Microsoft environment.
3 years experience in Help Desk support with strong customer service skills.
Experience with Microsoft environments cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Windows imaging PowerShell scripting MDM platforms and print server management.
Bonus: Experience with MacOS and A/V systems integration.

Essential Physical Requirements
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time the job is rated for light work.
