Nous sommes la recherche dun(e) reprsentant(e) du service la clientle pour se joindre notre quipe en magasin. Dans ce rle vous serez responsable de :
Offrir un service exceptionnel nos clients et nos associs notre caisse
Effectuer des tches quotidiennes de manipulation de largent y compris louverture et la fermeture des caisses et le traitement de toutes les transactions de vente.
Ensachage et confection de tissus des produits achets pour le compte des clients
Rpondre au tlphone du magasin
Entretien du centre de services
Mettre jour et tenir jour les dossiers dinformation des clients y compris ladhsion notre programme de fidlisation Club Harry
Aider au traitement des transferts inter-magasins et aux demandes et expditions de commerce lectronique
Aider les clients qui ont achet en ligne mais qui viennent chercher leurs produits en magasin
Les candidat(e)s retenu(e)s devront :
2 ans dexprience dans un rle en contact direct avec la clientle au centre de service offrant un service la clientle exceptionnel sont prfrables.
Une forte orientation vers le service une volont dmontre dpater nos clients !
Souci du dtail
Intrt dmontr pour la technologie et la faon dutiliser les innovations technologiques pour soutenir la fonction de service la clientle de la vente au dtail.
La capacit de travailler efficacement au sein dune quipe
Solides comptences multitches et capacit de grer daccuser rception et daider calmement et efficacement une longue file de clients en attente de service.

Harry Rosen is a retailer of fine quality menswear with store locations across Canada. We have been specializing in luxury menswear for over 70 years and have been officially recognized as one of Canadas Best Managed Companies.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Store this role youll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional service to our Clients and our Associates at our Cash Desk
Performing daily cash handling functions including opening/closing registers and processing all sales transactions
Bagging and tissuing purchased product on behalf of customers
Answering store phones
Maintaining the Service desk
Updating and maintaining client information files including membership in our Club Harry Loyalty program
Assisting with Inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments
Assisting clients who have purchased on-line but are picking up products in-store
Successful candidates will require:
2 years experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk providing exceptional customer service is preferred.
A strong service orientation a demonstrated desire to wow our customers!
Detail oriented
Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage acknowledge and assist a long line of customers waiting for service
Strong communication skills
