Visual Lease
As the centralized system of record for all lease-related financial operational and legal data Visual Lease a CoStar Group company is purpose-built to support every team involved in managing a companys leased and owned assets. Informed by nearly three decades of experience our platform integrates lease management lease accounting and sustainability reporting enabling organizations to save time mitigate risks reduce costs and support sustainability initiatives. Our award-winning software is used by 1500 organizations to manage more than 1 million real estate equipment and other leased asset records globally.
About the Role
With the acquisition of Visual Lease CoStar Real Estate Manager is in the beginning phases of an exciting journey of discovering how the two solutions will integrate. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and be a valuable contributor in building something this role you will work closely with the product team through design iteration by incorporating internal and external stakeholder feedback.

This position is located in Richmond VA and is in office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
Produce designs with input from your product team to achieve the desired customer experience including user flows high-fidelity wireframes detailed mockups and interactive prototypes
Act as the user-advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers architects and software engineers
Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience in beneficial ways using best practices current design trends and user research
Collaborate with product managers executives and other stakeholders to incorporate specific design requirements visual treatment and content structure
Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through production
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited not for profit university or college
5 years relevant design experience and working with a product team
Experience working on the design and creation of complex enterprise-level web applications
Effective communicator with the ability to understand and clarify requirements
Experience working with robust designs systems using atomic UI design principles
Strong proficiency in sketching prototyping articulating design decisions and processing stakeholder feedback
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
A portfolio of well-designed user-centered projects
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
Track record of commitment to prior employers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a multi-tenant application with a highly interactive user base.
Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a PLUS
Experience with workflow design principles/concepts
Familiarity with financial modeling and financial visualization concepts
Understanding of data model concept as it pertains to a specific business domain
Proactive self-starter who loves simplifying complex problems
