Job Summary
Job Description: Architect or Structural Designer (Remote) at Charter Construction
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare architectural and structural drawings for construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure designs meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop innovative solutions for construction challenges
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with regulations
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD Revit and other design tools to create detailed plans and models
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD Revit or similar programs
- Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and construction methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural or structural design within the construction industry
