Quote and Configuration Specialist
About the Role:
Are you a highly organised individual who thrives on keeping things running smoothly As a Quote & Configuration Specialist youll play a vital role in supporting our sales team ensuring customer quotes orders and contracts are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you will:
- Managing day-to-day administration of customer accounts with precision and care.
- Validating and maintaining essential documentation and electronic records.
- Processing customer quotes orders and contracts efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Supporting cross-selling and upselling of our products and services.
- Liaising with sales technical and logistics teams to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring order progress resolving order-related issues and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously improving product knowledge to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to connect effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle challenges proactively.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and an interest in technology (a plus but not required).
