Job Description
Essential Functions
- Perform general maintenance duties.
- Handle all equipment in a safe manner to prevent accidents and demonstrate good working knowledge of tools and their safe use.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedule / instruction and complete reports as requested.
- May also be required to: inspect and repair plumbing and irrigation systems maintain small water features such as fish ponds repair light fixtures help maintain swimming pool and perform general sanitation duties.
- Perform other job duties as required.
- Maintain grounds through mowing weed eating landscaping etc.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in grounds keeping and/or maintenance preferred
- Preferred knowledge of standard practices procedures tools knowledge of maintenance equipment and the ability tooperate machinery and tools.
- Valid Drivers License required
- First Aid & CPR Required training will be provided.
