Join Our Team as a Territory Manager Senior Helpers East San Diego North County
Territory: Mira Mesa Poway Rancho Peasquitos & North San Diego
Status: Full-Time Hybrid (Field Remote)
Travel: 6070% in territory
Reports To: Director of Operations
Salary: $75000 $85000 annually up to $6000/year in quarterly performance-based bonuses
Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for helping seniors live their best lives Senior Helpers is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to grow our presence in North San Diego. Youll combine business development client relationship management and operational oversight in a role where every day makes an impact.
What Youll Do
Grow the territory through networking outreach and referral partnerships with hospitals senior communities and healthcare professionals.
Be the go-to contact for clientsensuring they receive exceptional personalized care.
Oversee service delivery from assessments to ongoing quality control.
Resolve challenges before they become problems and keep clients happy.
Track performance with KPIs reports and CRM tools.
Represent Senior Helpers at community events health fairs and professional networking opportunities.

Were Looking For Someone Who
Has 3 years in territory management business development or healthcare sales.
Excels at building trust and long-term relationships.
Is comfortable with 6070% travel within the territory.
Is tech-savvy with CRM systems (WellSky preferred) and MS Office.
Bring problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset.
Holds a valid drivers license and has reliable transportation.
