This Position reports to:
Business Manager - PortfolioYour Role and Responsibilities
In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: Hybrid #LI
Lead the commercial and operational strategy for ABBs Analysis business in France driving market share growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee the financial performance of the Analysis activity (growth margins profitability) and present results to the European leadership team.
Promote ABBs analytical products and services to both existing customers and new prospects fostering long-term relationships.
Manage develop and inspire a team of approximately 20 people ensuring a safe inclusive and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications for the Role
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial B2B sales including at least 5 years in commercial management within an international organization
Solid understanding of the industrial analysis market in France
Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Mindset to innovate take ownership and drive continuous improvement
