Job Description
Key Benefits:
- Hourly Range starting at $26.00
- Full-time position with strong benefits package
- $1000 Referral Bonus
- Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am; overtime is possible and mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Leads 2nd shift production teams collaborating with management to drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Ensures all employees follow GMPs SOPs and safety guidelines maintaining compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
- Understands and performs all production tasksto provide coverage and support operational effectiveness when needed.
- Strives to identify and implement improvementswithin the production system to enhance productivity and quality.
- Proactively communicates safety and food safety concernsto management for timely resolution.
- Communicates effectively with team members fostering engagement clarity and responsiveness.
- Performs other duties as assigned demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team success.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written English instructionsto ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industrypreferred with knowledge of production standards and safety protocols.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
- Able to work with ingredients including pork dairy soy wheat and eggsin compliance with food safety standards.
- Must be 18 years of age or olderto meet employment eligibility requirements.
