Scribe Position

Make a difference in the medical field with a Virtual or Onsite Medical Scribe role with Scribekick.

• Specialties you can work with: Primary Care (Internal Medicine Family Medicine Pediatrics) Surgical Specialties (Orthopedic General Breast Urology Dermatology) Medical Specialties (Cardiology Gastroenterology Pulmonary Radiation Oncology Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Pain Management).

Basic qualifications:

• Consistent availability

• Typing test score of 60 WPM

• Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Scribe in real-time while accompanying (virtually or onsite) the physician during clinic documenting patient information into the EMR (history chief complaint review of systems physical exam assessment and plan).

• Input orders as directed by the provider including laboratory tests radiology tests medications etc.

• Handle any and all patient information with the utmost compliance to HIPAA regulations.

• Communicate any providers schedule changes to the client services team.

Location: Virtual and Onsite

• Must reside in the state of Virginia to be eligible for hire: Richmond Roanoke Salem Blacksburg

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $13-15 per hour based on experience and location
• On the job training
