This Position reports to:
Local Division ControllerYour role and responsibilities:
- Oversee project financials including budgeting forecasting and reporting ensuring accuracy in balance sheets income and cash flow statements.
- Drive project cash flow optimization revenue realization and gross margin contribution in collaboration with the Project Management.
- Manage currency risks bonds guarantees and tax matters to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Participate in monthly project reviews ensuring alignment with Project Controls and Planning/Scheduling teams.
- Provide financial and commercial input during contract negotiations risk reviews and project execution planning.
- Promote commercial awareness within project teams and ensure financial strategies are integrated into execution plans.
- Foster collaboration across teams and functions to maximize results and improve financial performance.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field (CPA ACA or CIA qualification preferred).
- 5 years of experience in project finance operational finance or financial controlling preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
- Strong expertise in project accounting financial modelling and risk management.
- Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
