Success in this role will be defined by your ability to achieve the following outcomes within the first 12 months.
- Objective 1: Achieve Delivery Predictability: Lead the transformation of one to two key development teams by embedding advanced Agile practices resulting in a measurable improvement in delivery predictability and a consistent track record of meeting project commitments.
- Objective 2: Elevate Agile Maturity: Act as a dedicated Agile coach to elevate the teams understanding and application of Scrum shifting their focus from process rituals to value delivery. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement psychological safety and collective ownership.
- Objective 3: Master Impediment Removal: Develop and implement a proactive impediment-removal and risk-mitigation framework. Your success will be seen in a significant reduction of team-level bottlenecks and external noise enabling the development teams to maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Objective 4: Create Stakeholder Transparency: Overhaul the Agile reporting and stakeholder communication process. You will implement clear concise metrics and visuals (like burn-down charts and cycle time analysis) that provide leadership with genuine visibility into project progress risks and team velocity.
