Job Description
Are you a motivated professional with a passion for leading technical teams and delivering complex projects We re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in a dynamic fast-paced enterprise this role you ll guide cross-functional teams ensure smooth execution and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that align with key business strategies. If you thrive in fast-paced environments enjoy solving problems and can balance people process and technology this role is for you.
What You ll Do:
- Lead project planning execution and delivery for enterprise-class technical solutions.
- Drive initiatives in database migration and cloud migration ensuring stability security and minimal disruption.
- Define and track project objectives timelines and milestones ensuring business value delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering DevOps and support teams to align technical capabilities with project goals.
- Facilitate communication across teams stakeholders and leadership through reports and status updates.
- Identify risks dependencies and blockers proactively mitigating challenges to maintain progress.
- Coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum Kanban Lean) while blending with traditional PM approaches where needed.
- Support the adoption of CI/CD DevOps and testing practices to improve delivery quality and speed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs leading multiple teams in complex fast-paced environments.
- Experience in database migration and cloud migration projects (preferred).
- Experience managing technical teams building enterprise-class software.
- Expert in Jira for backlog management reporting and roadmap creation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
- Proven ability to coach teams foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) AWS preferably.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification; advanced Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
