Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: On-site Vaughan Automotive Corporate (Full-Time)

We believe data is more than numbers its the story of our business. This role will be responsible for daily weekly monthly and quarterly reporting for all four rooftops and our corporate leadership team. Your work will directly influence strategy operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
The Opportunity
As our Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst you will design and deliver meaningful dashboards reports and visualizations that empower leadership to make smarter faster decisions. This role will pull and analyze data from Qlik Reynolds & Reynolds Affinitiv XRM and existing homegrown Excel-based reports.
Youll work closely with executives store directors and department managers to uncover patterns measure performance and identify opportunities. This position blends hands-on technical skills with business insight ideal for someone who loves working with data and collaborating with decision-makers.
What Youll Do
- Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Qlik (cloud-based) and Excel.
- Pull integrate and analyze data from Reynolds & Reynolds Affinitiv XRM and Excel-based legacy reports.
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs track progress and answer key business questions.
- Perform light-to-moderate data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop clear visualizations and performance metrics for sales service and operational data.
- Present insights to executives in a clear actionable way that tells the story behind the numbers.
- Standardize and document reporting processes across all rooftops.
- Collaborate with end users to understand needs create report specifications and design solutions.
- Maintain minimal errors by using proper query tuning validation and review practices.
What You Bring
- 25 years of experience in a Data Analyst BI Analyst or related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas charts and data tools).
- Experience building BI dashboards in Qlik Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills comfortable presenting to executives and working across departments.
- Full-time on-site availability in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Qlik Sense (cloud).
- Basic SQL knowledge for query writing and data joining.
- Automotive or multi-location retail experience.
- BI or data analytics certifications (Qlik Tableau Microsoft etc.).
