• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field strongly preferred (Associates degree minimum plus experience considered)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) also considered
• At least 2 years of lead teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting with a proven track record of innovative instruction.
• Completion of state-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A genuine passion for early education with energy resilience and a commitment to excellence youre proud to roll up your sleeves and create magical learning moments.
