We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and enthusiasticRegistered Dental Hygienistto join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our doctors to co-diagnosis and develop customized treatment plans that are tailored to each patients unique needs. We believe that this collaborative approach is essential to achieve optimal patient care and to foster a meaningful relationships. As a member of their team you will be provided with mentorship and support to expand your knowledge and to refine your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with periodontists and prosthodontists to co-diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide high-quality dental hygiene care including scaling root planning and prophylaxis tailored to patient needs.
Administer local anesthetic as required and in accordance with provincial licensing standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and charting in compliance with regulatory and office protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and post-treatment care to support long-term oral health.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain strict sterilization standards in accordance with clinic policy and regulations.
Utilize dental management software (Dentrix preferred) Microsoft Office and Google Suite for scheduling documentation and communication.
Contribute to a positive and efficient clinical environment by working collaboratively with the entire dental team.
Stay up to date on continuing education and new developments in dental hygiene practices.
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked treatment room.
Mon-Fri approx 8-5pm. No evenings no weekends.

Qualifications:

Manitoba Licensed RDH
Minimum 2 years of clinical work experience
Valid CPR certificate
Ability and certification to administer local anesthetic
In depth knowledge of infection control policies and protocols
Proficient in using dental management software MS office and Google products. Familiarity with Dentrix is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethics reliable and a team player
