Job Summary

Our client is seeking a friendly energetic mature and responsibleDental Receptionist/DA (prefer)/Floater to join their Dental practice.

POSITION:

Experienced Dental Receptionist(2 years Canadian experience)
Dental Floating experience/Steri-IPAC certificate
Dental Assistant experience (preferred)
Availability to move into a more responsible role

SOFTWARE:Tracker & LiveDDM software

LOCATION: Toronto (MainlySpadina/Queen- no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst-parking available)

HOURS: Mon & Tues 8-4Weds & Thurs 9-5

COMPENSATION:$28-$32 depending on experience and performance JOB OVERVIEW:

Greeting and booking appointments
Doing predeterminations dealing with insurance companies
Processing payments
Floating-set up rooms keeping steri area moving
Ensuring infection control protocols are met at all times and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Helping Hygienists as needed
Assisting the dentist with procedures when needed (preferred but not necessary)
Must have excellent command of English language spoken and written
Ability to communicate all concerns to dentist
Takes direction well and follows through with all tasks assigned
Helping in the future with ordering monthly schedule payroll and more
