As an Enterprise Delivery Frameworks Advisor you will play a pivotal role in shaping implementing and continuously enhancing the enterprise delivery frameworks tools and practices that steer the successful execution of missions and initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Frameworks Manager you will collaborate closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistency compliance and optimal use of Suncorps delivery methodologies. This role is integral to advancing delivery maturity driving framework adoption and elevating overall delivery outcomes.
What youll do:
- Assist in the development and documentation of enterprise delivery frameworks methodologies and supporting materials
- Maintain content in central repositories and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Support the rollout and embedding of frameworks across delivery teams through onboarding training sessions and one-on-one guidance.
- Respond to queries and provide advice on the appropriate application of delivery frameworks.
- Support the coordination of governance activities related to delivery.
- Support the delivery of assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal insurance standards.
- Ensure framework assurance requirements are tracked and reported where required.
- Help maintain and enhance the integration of delivery frameworks into tools and platforms
What youll bring:
- A proactive eagerness to learn a curious mindset and the confidence to independently address and resolve challenges.
- Min 1 year experience at Suncorp
- Experience working within the Momentum delivery framework or delivery methodologies is highly advantageous though not mandatory.
- Ability to interpret and apply delivery guidance in practical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including delivery teams VRO and support functions.
- Able to convey information clearly and create easy-to-follow documentation and guidance.
- Well-developed documentation skills with a focus on accuracy consistency and clarity.
