HR/Human Resources Manager position for commercial construction company in Boston
This is a permanent full-time position with a great salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Review current policies and procedures and look for areas of improvement
- Work on benefits enrollments
- Support field and office management
- Conflict resolution with employees
- Review workers comp claims and payroll questions and issues
- Assist with hiring and termination
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of HR Management working for a commercial construction company
- 8 or more years of total HR experience working for a commercial construction company
- Stable work-history
- Local
- Familiar with MA Labor Laws. Union and Prevailing Wage
- Strong education and HR Certifications preferred
