POSITION SUMMARY The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for enhancing the fan experience driving revenue and increasing attendance/awareness for their assigned sports. This role oversees all aspects of marketing including the creation of marketing plans game presentation community engagement and revenue generation. The Associate Director serves as the marketing director for volleyball womens basketball and softball. This position will report to the Associate AD of Marketing and assist them with football mens basketball and other projects. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Director for Volleyball Womens Basketball and Softball Own and execute innovative marketing/promotional plans that drive attendance and revenue. Lead the fan experience and game presentation not limited to but including run of show staffing and scripting. Craft a comprehensive outreach strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness throughout the Tulsa Community. Collaborate with the Associate AD of Marketing Manage all on field recognitions and activations for Tulsa Football as well as all on court activations for Tulsa Mens Basketball. Assist with advertising strategies including paid trade and digital campaigns. Help cultivate a strategy for email marketing. Oversight & Leadership Guide students from our Pathways to Sports Academy program and internships in conjunction with the Associate AD of Marketing. Handle all student marketing on campus through the student organization The Chaos. Involvement Across Campus Work hand in hand with other departments in athletics like ticket sales learfield content communications and operations. Find ways to engage campus entities such as Marcom Student Government Student Organizations New Student Programs and Campus Recreation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing advertising sports administration or related field. At least two years of athletic marketing experience in collegiate and/or professional athletics required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively. Possess a strong working knowledge of marketing best practices. Certain technical knowledge may be required included demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop Shoflo and Music Softwares.
