In this critical role you will build and maintain an enterprise class integration across our Financial Human Resources and Payroll systems. Collaborating with functional and technical teams youll troubleshoot test and optimize existing and new inbound and outbound integrations to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help maintain the quality and consistency of our HR and financial data with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
The day to day:
Lead the research design development testing and delivery of new Workday and third-party systems integrations.
Monitoring and troubleshooting all system integrations detecting and resolving technical issues.
Supporting semi-annual regression testing and collaboration with various teams to enhance integration architecture.
Creating and preparing technical design specs and user documentation to ensure quality and consistency in integration processes.
Partnering cross-functionally with Technology Finance and HR to develop and implement integration enhancements.
What youll bring to the role:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with at least 5 years supporting Workday integrations.
Expertise in Workday Studio development XML transformations XSLT BIRT Core Connectors Document Transformation Workday Extend and more.
Analytical thinker with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think outside the box.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience skills and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor market and additional factors.
The pay range for this position is below:
150000 - 165000 per year in New York
Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
