Job Description
What You Will Do:Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching training and keeping energy high (even when the coffee runs low).
Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
Partner with sales culinary and events teams to flawlessly execute each eventbecause teamwork makes the dream work.
Balance budgets like a banquet ninjamanaging labor supplies and revenue opportunities with precision.
Keep things sparkling (literally and figuratively) ensuring a clean safe and guest-wowing environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Customer service experiencebecause happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory rolewe need someone whos seen a plated dinner or two.
Leadership potential or experienceyoure not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)because safety is always in style.
Physical staminathis role includes lifting bending walking and standing during your entire shift.
