Project Manager Education Architectural Design
Location: San Antonio TX
Salary: $80000 - 125000 (dependent on experience)
Reports To: San Antonio Office Director and Education Practice Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Project Manager with proven experience in team leadership project coordination programming design and technical oversight. This role requires strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. Experience with K12 and/or higher education projects is required; healthcare commercial or institutional experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong verbal graphic and written communication with clients to foster long-term relationships
Lead and supervise architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities for studies design and construction documents
Interpret organize execute and coordinate the development of one or more projects to meet established goals
Guide design concepts through all project phases
Ensure projects align with budgets schedules and quality standards
Qualifications
8 years of professional architectural experience including at least 4 years in K12 education design
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Registered Architect in Texas preferred (candidates with relevant experience will be considered)
Strong understanding of architectural principles including financial schedule and resource planning
Working knowledge of building codes standards and structural systems
Ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of development
Engaging communication style with clients teams and consultants
Proficiency in Revit Bluebeam Newforma and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Knowledge of sustainability standards is a plus
