Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lamination Supervisor will manage all lamination operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages/supervises Lamination hourly associates.
- Manages and improves Environmental Health and Safety.
- Ensures daily production schedule is met.
- Controls MRO spending.
- Audits associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained.
- Manages layout of efficient use of machinery and equipment.
- Studies processes analyzes and improves cost of production.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience required
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Knowledge of lamination processes and technique
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers
- Computer literate (excel word processing)
- Strong organizational skills in record keeping scheduling and document preparation.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.
- Read and understand instructions

Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies procedures and practices.
