Job Description
Were looking for a detail-oriented individual with solid experience in grading and pattern work who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can support the team across key production areas.
- Grading and digitizing patterns for production
- Carefully checking all graded patterns
- Binding and elastic rating for accurate garment construction
- Rating for costing to support the Merchandise teams
- Verifying all ratings for accuracy and consistency
- Grading seals
- Assisting the Stock department when required
- Checking all pattern makers models for quality and accuracy
- Matric
- Proven experience as a Pattern Grader / Marker
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
