Job Description

  • Five years of current experience providing senior executive level administrative support

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred

  • Demonstrates and projects professionalism with a high degree of diplomacy tact and judgment

  • Excellent influencing negotiating communication time management and organization skills

  • Uses sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential personal and professional information and proprietary materials

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Motivated self-starter with high performance standards excellent attention to detail and initiative to take action

  • Strives to exceed expectations with a customer-focus attitude

  • Ability to multi-task anticipate needs shift priorities and balance competing priorities

  • Light over night travel may be required as needed

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $74600 - $111800 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 7%of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of addition after being employed for six months eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full time employees.

This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide executive support to the Chief Financial Officer the Finance Lead Team and backup support for the Senior Management Team. Candidates must be able to perform and independently coordinate a variety of diverse activities in a professional fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while exercising sound judgment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys providing professional executive administrative support as well as taking on complex project assignments.

Key Functions

Work collaboratively to build an effective partnership with the CFO Finance Lead Team Senior Management Team and Executive Administrative Team to provide a full range of executive assistance with a focus on efficient organization and open communication.
