Job Summary

Job Title:Sponsored Clubs (NHS NJHS Ambassadors etc) and Assignments (Yearbook)

School:All
Reports To:Site Admin
Employment Type: Stipend Position / Part-Time Supplement

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide a safe environment for students to conduct their meeting/activity.
Ensure that district and school policies and procedures are followed.
Ensure that room/area is secured and the facility is left in good repair.
Reserve space for meetings as appropriate.
Meet outside of the normal school day.
Complete club application form & submit form to the board for final approval.
Take roll and keep a roster of all students participating in the club
Contact parents if students are absent without parent notice.
Reconcile hours/attendance with club dues to ensure that the clubself-sustainableable.
