Job Title: Caregiver Post-Operative Knee Replacement Support

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers CNAs or HHAs to provide specialized care for clients recovering from knee replacement surgery. This role is ideal for someone who is patient attentive and skilled in supporting clients during their rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADs) including dressing bathing and mobility support.
Provide post-surgical assistance including managing ice machines leg elevation and gentle range-of-motion guidance under client or family direction.
Monitor client comfort and report any changes in condition or pain level to the office promptly.
Support medication reminders and ensure a safe environment for ambulation.
Encourage exercises as directed by physical therapists or family instructions.
Offer companionship and emotional support throughout recovery.
Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation through shift notes.
Qualifications
Current HHA or CNA certification (Florida) preferred.
Previous experience with post-operative or orthopedic clients strongly desired.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
Ability to lift assist with mobility and manage transfers safely.
Professional patient and dependable demeanor.
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible scheduling available (day evening and overnight shifts).
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and assignment type.
