Job Summary:
Were looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that support scalability automation and risk reduction across HUB24s platform administration division. This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects including EOFY statement automation and a review of client servicing technology solutions. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned to business objectives.Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of assigned projectsfrom initiation to closure.
- Define project scope goals success measures and governance frameworks.
- Develop and manage project schedules dependencies budgets and resources.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks manage issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Drive benefit realisation and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support change management to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices and team capability.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in project management business or related field.
- 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of wrap platforms superannuation investment products or financial advice.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Desirable: PMI/PMP certification experience in platform administration client services and RFP/vendor selection processes.
