Our Enterprise Risk Management team works across all lines of business to identify assess and mitigate operational and strategic risks. We combine analytical insights with practical tools to empower leaders to act quickly on high-priority risk areas. Were collaborative detail-oriented and committed to creating clear actionable resources that drive lasting impact.
A Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) who excels in this role:
Analyzes enterprise risk scorecards and other data to identify trends high-risk areas and emerging risks across the organization
Translates complex data into concise clear and actionable outputs that inform prioritization of risk mitigation strategies
Designs and packages insights into intuitive toolkits including heat maps executive summaries and playbooks
Tailors resources for operational audiences highlighting hot spot risk areas identifying drivers and root causes and providing practical guidance
Coordinates and manages proactive ERM education and training programs
Partners with Learning & Development People Services Ethics & Compliance and other departments to integrate risk-related content into system-wide training
Facilitates workshops and learning sessions to reinforce risk ownership at the local level
Serves as a liaison between ERM ERM component functions and operational departments to promote understanding of risk metrics
Supports leaders in interpreting risk data and developing response plans
Gathers user feedback to improve toolkits training and mitigation strategies
Coordinates with Assurance Services Ethics & Compliance Legal People Services and Risk to align ERM efforts

Applicants should have a bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Risk Management or a related field. Additional requirements include:
Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPHRM PMP CHC) preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management healthcare compliance healthcare operations or a related field
Proven ability to analyze data and communicate conclusions/insights to operational leaders or stakeholders
Experience developing and delivering professional education or training programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
Excellent written and oral communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Understanding of healthcare operations regulatory environments and risk management principles
Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI or Tableau) and MS Office programs
