Ibotta is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our innovative Revenue Strategy & Operations team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position will be collaborating with the Sales Business Intelligence & Analytics Finance and Tools teams to generate strategic insights and optimize business processes such as revenue forecasting and pipelining. You will be a key partner helping to ensure Ibottas evolving business runs smoothly through the flawless application of operational rigor and process improvement.
This position is located in Denver Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Support strategic revenue growth initiatives across the company modeling top-line and bottom-line impact
Participate as GTM expert within various Annual Operational Planning processes and projects to provide process expertise performance insights and drive successful launches
Assist with the implementation of technical and process-related updates to our sales technology stack.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the sales process through data analysis and propose solutions.
Ensure processes are well documented to maintain consistency transparency and data integrity.
Dive deep to understand sales rep and sales management daily needs and the best way to deliver solutions for them.
Have experience supporting sales leaders in change management processes to build an organizational understanding of proposed changes.
Maintain and analyze key reports and dashboards in Salesforce Looker and Tableau related to sales efficiency and effectiveness; making sure stakeholders have the necessary info to manage their business successfully as well as providing key insights.
Effectively communicate learnings from analyses to provide recommendations cross-functionally to ensure that targets are met.
Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management forecasting contacts leads opportunities dashboards and reports and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system.

What we are looking for:
2 years of experience in a Sales Operations Management Consulting Business Strategy Investment Banking or related role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required
Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills
Strong familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio Tableau etc.
Salesforce experience
2 years of experience creating complex data sets data modeling and reporting.
Experience communicating business insights succinctly via Google Slides and Microsoft Powerpoint
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with little guidance or oversight and influence at different organizational level

Base compensation range: $75000 - $85000
